If the delivered item is damaged, defective, or doesn't match the description, you may request a replacement within 3 days of delivery. No refunds are provided.
Certain items such as innerwear, accessories, clearance stock, or those marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for replacement or return under any circumstances.
